Welcome to MatchBased!

Having gone through numerous assessments for management positions myself, I experienced firsthand how valuable data-based evaluations can be, but I also saw how access to these tools was often limited. That’s why I started MatchBased: to make skill-based hiring accessible to everyone and ensure that all talents, regardless of background, get the visibility they deserve.

I’ve seen how line managers struggle to find the right talent, often unsure where to start. At the same time, great candidates can be overlooked simply because their CVs aren’t "fancy" enough. MatchBased changes that by validating skills, ensuring cultural fit, and bringing objective data into hiring decisions. This way, the right talent finds the right opportunity and can truly perform with passion.
